My visit to this location was a great experience! Amanda Aguilar assisted me, and she was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable! She was able to answer all of my title transfer questions and provided amazing customer service (which is extremely hard to find these days). Also, the person that greeted us at the door was very friendly and helpfully. I would recommend this location to anyone needing title assistance!
I have used this location for multiple services, including Driver's license and notary services. Most recently it was the notary services. I worked with Amanda and also Ranada. They were extremely pleasant. Actually, from the moment I walked through the door, everyone had a great attitude, including the lady working the sign-in kiosk (I wish I knew her name). I would recommend this location to anyone who asks. Customer service is top tier and there is never a long wait!!
This place rocks! I have used their services many times and the most recent was the best. I was with an elderly friend to renew her I'd and the nice lady that greeted us at the door was very helpful. She even brought ty he completed I'd to our car parked in the handicap spot.
If I could give this location 10 stars I would. They are so fast which is part of their advertising, but they are so much more than that. They are kind competent and caring. This is something that is missing in customer interactions these days. I went in for something unrelated, but found out I had a flag on my license. I was visibly upset because I was totally unaware. However, Ms. Ranada was understanding compassionate and solutions oriented. Not only was she able to help me with my original request, she was able to help me navigate and remove the flag on my account within less than 24 hours. Doesn’t get better than that y’all!!!
Personnel were extremely helpful. There was a greeter as soon as you walk in the door — "May I help you?" She helped you get started with your OMV business. There were 6 or 7 examiner stations. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and most business could be quickly concluded.
We were there for a driver's license renewal. All told, it took about 12 minutes — super quick, easy peasey!
They charge a minor convenience fee, but the rapid friendly service is well worth it.
I highly recommend ABC for all of your OMV transactions.

I went in for a driver’s license renewal and the process was so quick and easy- it was scary fast! As they promise to be. Didn’t wait long at all! And everyone was polite and friendly. Definitely beats the other OMVs out there!!
Ranada is the absolute best! I figured I would need to spend all day here but from arriving to getting everything I needed it was less than an hour! At the OMV you’re lucky if you even get in the building within an hour!
